Worken respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you believe content on Worken infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent, and we will respond as required by law.
Designated agent
Worken LLC has registered a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration number DMCA-1075537). Send copyright notices to our designated agent by email at support@workenhq.com with "DMCA" in the subject line, or by mail to: DMCA Agent, Worken LLC, 4815 Wayt Farm Ovlk, Cumming, GA 30040. We review every notice we receive and respond as required by law.
Notification requirements
A valid notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on Worken; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same contact, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.
Repeat infringers
Worken will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
