Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 13, 2026.
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version.
This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is not allowed on Worken. It applies to everyone who uses the platform and works alongside our Terms of Service. Worken is a directory and connection venue; keeping it trustworthy depends on everyone using it honestly.
Prohibited conduct
You may not: commit fraud or deceive other users; misrepresent your identity, credentials, licensing, insurance, or verification status; harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; post unlawful, infringing, or knowingly false content; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform by automated means; attempt to circumvent platform safeguards, rate limits, or access controls; or use Worken for any unlawful purpose.
Consequences
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or our Terms, at Worken’s discretion. Worken displays user-provided information and does not guarantee work quality, credentials, or outcomes; enforcement here is about keeping the venue usable, not adjudicating disputes between users.
Reporting a violation
If you see conduct that violates this policy, report it from the Report a problem page or email support@workenhq.com. We review reports and act where appropriate; we do not decide or take sides in disputes between users.
